Specifications and Other Information of Our ChemWhat-671
Product Information
- ChemWhat-671 is a low-odor, yellowing-resistant free-radical photoinitiator designed to facilitate both surface and deep curing. It effectively initiates the photopolymerization of unsaturated polymers (such as acrylates) in combination with monovinyl or multifunctional vinyl monomers.
- Compared to Photoinitiator 184, ChemWhat-671 offers several advantages : a higher molecular weight, a faster curing rate, lower odor, and superior resistance to yellowing and weathering after curing. Furthermore, it exhibits low migration properties — thereby meeting environmental compliance requirements — and serves as an excellent substitute for traditional small-molecule photoinitiators typically used for surface drying.
Recommended Dosage
1 – 3% (adjustable based on the specific requirements and performance of the actual formulation).
