Known Appli­ca­tion

This prod­uct has a strong basic group in its mol­e­cule, which can com­bine with strong acid heparin in the body, caus­ing it to lose its anti­co­ag­u­lant activ­i­ty. It is a heparin antag­o­nist. Main­ly applic­a­ble to : ①Bleed­ing caused by exces­sive heparin dosage (1mg of pro­t­a­mine Chem­i­cal­book sul­fate can neu­tral­ize 1mg of heparin). ②Some dis­eases have hem­or­rhag­ic dis­ease with increased heparin-like sub­stances. ③Other caus­es of bleed­ing, such as men­or­rha­gia, post­par­tum hem­or­rhage, bleed­ing ten­den­cy after radio­ther­a­py, etc.
