Known Appli­ca­tion

APS-5 is a chemi­lu­mi­nes­cent sub­strate based on 9,10-dihydroacridine. It is main­ly used for ELISA to detect AP con­ju­gat­ed com­pounds with alka­line phos­phatase ; the 9,10-two in the struc­ture of APS-5 Hydroacri­dine struc­ture can emit light con­tin­u­ous­ly, sta­bly and effi­cient­ly under the action of AP. APS-5 is very suit­able for phos­phatase activ­i­ty solu­tion assay and phos­phatase enzyme-linked immunoassay.
