Known Application
Bovine B4GALT1(Y289L) is a mutant galactosyltransferase capable of efficiently transferring GalNAc or GalNAz onto terminal GlcNAc residues. This enzyme is particularly useful in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), which are applied in targeted cancer therapies and other biomedical applications.

50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 6 mM MnCl₂
2.Reaction Reagents :
① UDP-GalNAz : Antibody (molar ratio) = 300:1
② Enzyme addition : Enzyme/Antibody = 5%
3.Prepare the reaction mixture according to the conditions above and incubate at 37°C for 48 hours. Subsequently, place the reaction mixture at -15 to -25°C to terminate the reaction and proceed with sample analysis.
