DMPU is used as a sol­vent to pro­mote the dis­so­lu­tion of reac­tants, accel­er­ate the reac­tion rate, improve the reac­tion yield and replace tox­ic sol­vents, which can be applied to phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal excip­i­ents. Togeth­er with drugs and oth­er excip­i­ents, DMPU can pro­mote drugs’ dis­so­lu­tion and mix­ing, enhance the sta­bil­i­ty and trans­der­mal absorp­tion capac­i­ty and pro­long the action. DMPU in the appli­ca­tion of phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal prepa­ra­tions : the body of the epi­der­mis is a phys­i­o­log­i­cal bar­ri­er, it pre­vents the entry of in vit­ro sub­stances, so the need for exter­nal prepa­ra­tions to pro­mote the absorp­tion of the skin to pro­mote the sol­vent. This sol­vent should meet the fol­low­ing require­ments : active drug groups can quick­ly and reli­ably reach the site of injury : do not stim­u­late the skin, non-tox­ic ; long time to save sta­bil­i­ty. DMPU can dis­solve a vari­ety of drugs, the human body is almost no tox­i­c­i­ty, with the above require­ments, so it can be used as a drug acces­sories. DMPU and oth­er excip­i­ents and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal ingre­di­ents can pro­mote the dis­so­lu­tion and mix­ing of drugs to enhance the sta­bil­i­ty of the drug and trans­der­mal absorp­tion capac­i­ty, to extend the role of time.
