Prod­uct Introduction

This prod­uct is recom­bi­nant­ly expressed by Escherichia coli deoxyri­bonu­cle­ase I (DNase I). This endonu­cle­ase can non-specif­i­­cal­­ly cut sin­­gle-strand­ed or dou­ble-strand­ed DNA and gen­er­ate di- and tri-oligonu­­cleotide prod­ucts. This prod­uct does not con­tain RNase, and ensures the high puri­ty of DNase I and the integri­ty of RNA.
