Descrip­tion

Fer­ment­ed β-Glu­­can is a kind of glu­can with every 3 unit of β-1,3 back­bone bind­ing with one unit of β-1,6 branch, form­ing triplex struc­ture, the cul­ture is col­lect­ed in sea. Based on such unique triplex struc­ture, Fer­ment­ed β-Glu­­can can bind with sev­er­al cells locus like CR3, Dectin-1, acti­vat­ing human immune cells, includ­ing macrophage, neu­trophil, nat­ur­al killer. These immune cells will stim­u­late the immune sys­tem to secrete cytokines (IL-1, IL-6 etc.).
