Intro­duc­tion

Ker­atin is the major pro­tein in hair and nails,it is a hard and very sta­ble pro­tein , it is not sol­u­ble in water, so it can­not direct­ly for absorp­tion and uti­liza­tion in the indus­try appli­ca­tion. Human and ani­mal hair, feath­ers, feet, shells, claws, horns, scales are ker­atin rich resource, ker­atin must be by the high tem­per­a­ture and high pres­sure, acid, alka­li, or enzyme pro­cess­ing, into a short pep­tide or free amino acids — Hydrolyzed ker­atin. So Hydrolyzed ker­atin is a com­bi­na­tion of amino acids, vit­a­min, proteins,water sol­u­ble prop­er­ty, that can be absorp­tion and uti­liza­tion. Pro­duc­tion process : Scales endo­plasm lay­er→ clean­ing → extrac­tion → decol­or­ing → fil­ter­ing→ ster­ile →Pack­ing → fin­ished prod­uct.
