Prod­uct Introduction

This prod­uct is the Poly(A) Poly­merase recom­bi­nant­ly expressed in E. coli. It cat­alyzes with ATP as the sub­strate, and adds adenyl acid to the 3’-hydroxyl ter­mi­nus of RNA to form the PolyA tail struc­ture in the form of AMP.

Prod­uct Features

Effi­cient mRNA cap­ping : adding 200nt polyA tail to 10μg of RNA in 10min (5U enzyme for cap­ping). Homoge­nous tail­ing length : con­trol­ling polyA tail length by adjust­ing reac­tion time or enzyme dosage.
