UNC1215 is an effec­tive, selec­tive MBT (malig­nant brain tumor) antag­o­nist that binds to L3MBTL3 with an IC50 of 40 nM and a Kd of 120 nM, which is 50 times more selec­tive than oth­er mem­bers of the human MBT fam­i­ly.
