Per­for­mance and Application

1. Elec­tron­ic com­po­nent pot­ting mate­r­i­al : When DDSA acts as an epoxy resin crosslink­er, it has bet­ter crosslink­ing strength, more flex­i­bil­i­ty, high­er resis­tance, longer ser­vice life and water resis­tance than oth­er mate­ri­als. It is a liq­uid that is eas­i­er to han­dle and has low viscosity.
2. DDSA is also an excel­lent epoxy asphalt cur­ing agent. For steel struc­ture bridges and impor­tant urban inter­sec­tions with rel­a­tive­ly high require­ments, epoxy asphalt can be cured with DDSA. It has excel­lent tough­ness, high tem­per­a­ture non-volatile, and also has good sta­bil­i­ty. It does not need to be repaired for a long time after paving.
3. Met­al clean­ing addi­tive raw mate­ri­als, such as sol­u­bi­liz­ers, rust inhibitors, etc.
4. DDSA is used as an anti-cor­ro­­sion agent (cor­ro­sion inhibitor) in anhy­drous sys­tems. It is used in lubri­cat­ing oils to reduce sys­tem fric­tion and increase the break­down tem­per­a­ture of the system.
5. Used as elec­tri­cal insu­la­tion mate­ri­als and poly­ester resin raw mate­ri­als. Improve ther­mal cycling, ther­mal shock, impact resis­tance and adhesion.
6. When used in sol­vent-based adhe­sives, it can pre­vent the adhe­sive from cor­rod­ing iron pack­ag­ing and will not cause the adhe­sive to change color !
7. In addi­tion to being used alone, this prod­uct can also be mixed with oth­er acid anhy­drides to obtain a cured prod­uct with bet­ter performance.
