Dou­ble-strand­ed RNA (dsR­NA) Detec­tor is a GFP-fusion pro­tein that can specif­i­cal­ly rec­og­nize and bind to dsR­NA. This prod­uct can be used for dot blot and flu­o­res­cence imag­ing for quan­ti­ta­tive analy­sis of viral dsR­NA, non-viral dsR­NA, syn­the­sized dsR­NA or dsR­NA from in vit­ro tran­scrip­tion. dsR­NA detec­tor can be used to mea­sure dsR­NA from 0.37 ng to 30 ng.
