Known Appli­ca­tion

This prod­uct is a sol­vent-based cold-resis­­tant envi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion plas­ti­ciz­er. It has excel­lent low tem­per­a­ture resis­tance, dura­bil­i­ty, oil resis­tance, ultra­vi­o­let radi­a­tion resis­tance, and anti­sta­t­ic prop­er­ties. This prod­uct is a spe­cial plas­ti­ciz­er for polyvinyl butyral (PVB safe­ty glass) and syn­thet­ic rub­ber, which can pro­duce low tem­per­a­ture per­for­mance and low volatil­i­ty. It can also be used for poly­ester cloth, adhe­sives and seal­ing mate­ri­als. It is a plas­ti­ciz­er for PVC, PS, eth­yl cel­lu­lose, nitralde­hyde cel­lu­lose, etc. When used in cas­tor oil-con­­tain­ing polyvinyl butyral cloth-based coat­ings, it can improve the flex­i­bil­i­ty under severe cold con­di­tions. It is also used in the for­mu­la of buta­di­ene-acry­loni­trile oil-resis­­tant syn­thet­ic rub­ber and poly­eth­yl­ene latex paints, and the gen­er­al dosage is low­er than that of dioctyl phtha­late or tri­cre­syl phos­phate. Sol­u­ble in many organ­ic sol­vents, but insol­u­ble in min­er­al oil.
