Func­tion

1. This series of per­flu­o­ri­nat­ed anion­ic surfactants
2. As a chromi­um mist inhibitor, this prod­uct is added quan­ti­ta­tive­ly dur­ing chromi­um plat­ing. Dur­ing elec­trol­y­sis, a fine foam lay­er of a cer­tain thick­ness is formed to effec­tive­ly inhib­it the release of acid mist. Pro­tect the envi­ron­ment and save chromic anhydride.
3. FC-95 potas­si­um per­flu­o­rooc­tane sul­fonate is a per­flu­o­ri­nat­ed anion­ic sur­fac­tant, main­ly used as a chromi­um mist inhibitor, wet­ting agent in elec­tro­plat­ing, and an addi­tive in flu­o­ro­pro­tein foam fire extin­guish­ing agents.

Fea­tures

1. Reduce the sur­face ten­sion of the plat­ing solu­tion and form a con­tin­u­ous dense lay­er of fine foam on the liq­uid sur­face dur­ing elec­trol­y­sis, which can effec­tive­ly pre­vent the over­flow of chromi­um mist.
2. Reduce the cost of elec­tro­plat­ing. Even with­out ven­ti­la­tion, the chromi­um con­tent per cubic meter of air around the tank can be reduced to 0.002-0.004mg/M3, while the nation­al allow­able emis­sion stan­dard is 0.05 mg/​M3, which can also save chromi­um. 30% of anhy­dride usage.
3. Elim­i­nate the envi­ron­men­tal pol­lu­tion caused by chromi­um fog, pro­tect the health of work­ers, and sig­nif­i­cant­ly improve social and eco­nom­ic benefits.
4. Strength­en the bond­ing force of chromi­um coat­ing and improve the hard­ness of the coating.
5. High sta­bil­i­ty, low con­sump­tion, low price and easy to use.
6. The addi­tion of chromi­um mist inhibitors into the chromi­um plat­ing tank has no adverse effects on the plat­ing solu­tion. It can also sig­nif­i­cant­ly improve the degree of micro-cracks in the chromi­um lay­er, increase the hard­ness of the chromi­um lay­er, and increase the bond­ing force.
