Function
- This series of perfluorinated anionic surfactants
- As a chromium mist inhibitor, this product is added quantitatively during chromium plating. During electrolysis, a fine foam layer of a certain thickness is formed to effectively inhibit the release of acid mist. Protect the environment and save chromic anhydride.
- FC-95 potassium perfluorooctane sulfonate is a perfluorinated anionic surfactant, mainly used as a chromium mist inhibitor, wetting agent in electroplating, and an additive in fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agents.
Features
- Reduce the surface tension of the plating solution and form a continuous dense layer of fine foam on the liquid surface during electrolysis, which can effectively prevent the overflow of chromium mist.
- Reduce the cost of electroplating. Even without ventilation, the chromium content per cubic meter of air around the tank can be reduced to 0.002-0.004mg/M3, while the national allowable emission standard is 0.05 mg/M3, which can also save chromium. 30% of anhydride usage.
- Eliminate the environmental pollution caused by chromium fog, protect the health of workers, and significantly improve social and economic benefits.
- Strengthen the bonding force of chromium coating and improve the hardness of the coating.
- High stability, low consumption, low price and easy to use.
- The addition of chromium mist inhibitors into the chromium plating tank has no adverse effects on the plating solution. It can also significantly improve the degree of micro-cracks in the chromium layer, increase the hardness of the chromium layer, and increase the bonding force.
