Known Appli­ca­tion

PPS is an excel­lent ther­mo­plas­tic mate­r­i­al with excel­lent per­for­mance in heat resis­tance, chem­i­cal resis­tance, flame retar­dan­cy and elec­tri­cal prop­er­ties. At the same time, it also has a heat dis­tor­tion tem­per­a­ture of 260°C, a long-term use tem­per­a­ture of more than 200°C, chem­i­cal resis­tance sec­ond only to flu­o­rine resin, and nat­ur­al V-0 flame retar­dant. After grind­ing into pow­der, it has high flu­id­i­ty and the pow­der bed spreads flat and smooth, giv­ing 3D print­ing good print­ing accu­ra­cy. It is wide­ly used in low-car­bon and envi­ron­men­tal­ly friend­ly appli­ca­tions. For exam­ple, PPS envi­ron­men­tal­ly friend­ly fil­ter bags made of PPS resin have been accu­rate­ly installed in dust removal devices by domes­tic coal-fired pow­er plants, reduc­ing the exhaust emis­sions of coal-fired pow­er plants ; in new ener­gy In auto­mo­biles, PPS mate­ri­als are made into impor­tant parts, which solves the prob­lem of light­weight­ing the body and bat­tery, and effec­tive­ly improves the cruis­ing range and ener­gy uti­liza­tion of new ener­gy vehicles.
