Known Application

Often used as a protease inhibitor. Can strongly inhibit membrane proteases, dermal release enzymes, plasmin, fibrin and the classical pathways Clr-, Cls- and other trypsin-like serinase proteases. Chemicalbook white-bound trypsin has the same inhibitory effect as free trypsin. It is used to improve acute conditions such as acute pancreatitis, acute exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, postoperative acute pancreatitis, acute pancreatitis after pancreatography, and traumatic pancreatitis. Recent studies have shown good therapeutic effects on new coronaviruses.
